Life is about connections. So was my road trip.
In the last blog post, I mentioned Diane Dotson. She is the leader of the PCCI (Professional Christian Coaching Institute) Prayer team. She has been working on a concept that she calls one80life.
She believes that we are built for 3 specific kinds of connection:
1. Connection with God – it reveals the true desires of our heart.
2. Healthy Connection with Others – facilitates a synergy of mutual growth and understanding.
3. Connection with True Self – equips us to live out who God designed us to be.

Thinking of how life is about connections while on my road trip I decided to go to Snyder Texas and did a Facebook live while there showing people around the area where my Dad was born. Click here to watch the Facebook Live.
On the road from Synder to Carlsbad I ended up on a road and took a picture of the sign. It made me think of Diane. I texted it to her and we both got a chuckle.
As I noticed this road sign and the connection to my friend it made me think of something that I will pose as a question to you:
Are you aware enough of what’s going on in your world to see what connections God could be trying to show you? Or are you so busy doing that you are not "being"?
Think about it.
