Many of you probably have heard of Simon Sinek. He is pretty well known for his TED Talk and book called, “Start with Why”. He has also shared many other valuable insights.
As I have been sharing information recently about the power of teamwork, I thought this video would be a nice addition to the series and it is a very good reminder of how powerful our minds are. Focusing on what you want rather than what you don’t want is critical.
