Have you seen the meme that shows an open door marked 2022 and a bunch of people standing back away from it, pushing the door open slowly with a stick? Symbolizing, let’s move forward slowly because we don’t know what is behind the door?
I pray that you are one of the people that will walk confidently into 2022 knowing that whatever happens, God has your back.
Over the last week or so, I have been pondering what I wanted to share with you for my last blog of 2021 and have decided to talk once again about how important relationships are.
If you look back over my blog posts for 2021 you will see several series that I covered that had something to do with relationships, even if not directly.
From the Relationship Bullseye, 3 Types of Relationships, Thriving teams, and everything in between, relationships are woven into the conversation.
God created us to be in relationship with him and each other so I am not surprised that they are so important.
One of the things that I have come to realize is that these relationships aren’t just important in our personal relationships but in our work relationships as well. If you are part of a team and want it to be strong then just like any other relationship, you have to put the work in for good things to happen.
It has been encouraging to me to see some of the teams I have worked with over the last year thriving, becoming a better working unit, and having better relationships in general.
